We deliver our sedum roof systems and accessories across mainland UK using a trusted pallet network. Our goal is to ensure your products arrive safely, on time, and in excellent condition.
Delivery schedule: Tuesday to Friday only
Delivery timeframe: Within 48 hours of placing your order (on available delivery days)
⚠️ No Weekend Deliveries
We do not send orders over the weekend as sedum is a living product and cannot sit in a storage depot. This ensures your plants arrive in optimal condition.

£112 (including VAT) per pallet
The number of pallets depends on your order size and will be calculated at checkout or confirmed after your order is placed.
Sedum Matting Delivery:
Sedum matting is delivered in pallets of 24 rolls per pallet.
Delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
All deliveries are kerbside and arrive on pallets via tail-lift truck.
Please make sure your site has suitable access (flat, hard surface).
For large or complex deliveries, please contact us before ordering.
For deliveries outside mainland UK (e.g. Highlands, islands, Northern Ireland), please contact us for a custom quote before placing your order.

Please unpack and install them as soon as possible after delivery.
Sedum Roofs cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by delayed installation or unsuitable storage.
We want every customer to be completely satisfied. Please review the return conditions for different product types below.
As living products, sedum modules cannot be returned once dispatched, except in cases of damage or incorrect items.
Please inspect your delivery immediately and notify us within 48 hours if there's an issue.
To report a problem:

Our team will assess and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, non-living products (e.g. edging, drainage layers).
If you've ordered more product than needed, we can accept returns under strict conditions due to the perishable nature of living sedum.
